Opening an account with false information is a violation of these terms and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture.

2.2 One Account Policy

A maximum of one account is permitted per individual, family or household. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If it is found that the same person is operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the balances in them may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

5.4 VIP Program

The bdt 99 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier. Advancement to a higher tier depends on your gaming activity. Cashback is calculated on the week's net losses.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals will be completed before closure. If bonus wagering is incomplete, the bonus funds will be forfeited, but the cash balance will be returned.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability
